COMPETITIVE PROJECT PRICING

It is critically important to provide some detail on our pricing capabilities in order for our prospective clients to realize the significant benefit of our history and current activity in the public, private invitation and negotiated competitive bid markets, since these areas continue to comprise well over half of our current business. And, to be competitive in these areas it has been imperative for us to "self-perform" in certain trades by having "in-house" concrete, masonry and carpentry crews, together with a network of subcontractors that are uniquely both highly competitive and quality conscious.
